I originally bought this for my Golf Buddy Pro. By the time it arrived I had managed to lose the Golf Buddy Pro. I bought a Golf Buddy Plantinum to replace/upgrade a lost GPS. I didn't like the body and belt clip design for the Platinum and sure enough, after three shots the belt clip failed. This clip came with a button that fits into the belt clip slot. So it was easy to repair the broken clip from the back of the platinum holder and replace it with the button that came with this belt clip. I use super glue instead of the double sided tape that comes with the button. This resulted in a great solution for my Golf Buddy Platinum. It would have been a great fix for a broken clip I was looking to replace on a Golf Buddy Pro, but it proved just as handy when the Platinum clip's clip failed. Works great, slides in and out as needed with no fuss.
