Fits perfect, after buying this you need to pop open the back tabs and remove 12 screws and bam youll be able to replace the cell for the JBL EXTREME EASY. Just make sure to open the battery compartment fully to see which way the leads go. That will show you which side is best to open with access to battery leads in mind. Doing this will avoid any unnecessary removal of screws. 12 is all it takes.
