I was so looking forward to using this brush. It fit my hand perfectly and was very flexible, just as I had hoped. The bristles are very stiff and I was very satisfied: about 10 minutes! But it could get most of the skin off my poor sweet potato without picking up all the dirt! At least using my vegetable peeler made it so much easier! I bought these brushes because I have trouble peeling sweet potatoes, but I just don't want to brush aching muscles just to clean them. Then, to add insult to injury to muscle pulsation, I never figured out how to clean the brush after use. Dirt gets stuck in the brush and I have a hard time getting it out! The idea is great, but the practicality eludes me. Maybe a stronger woman could do it.
