There are no instructions

It may seem easy to figure out how to charge this device but I would like a quick guide showing how to charge how long it takes until it is fully charged, how do you know when charging is complete, when to expect charging (display on device?) and approximately how long charging will take at different power levels. I don't have to search the internet to find these things. They must be provided by the manufacturer.
