Unfortunately I only opened the package after I moved, ie 2 days after the return deadline. One of the blocks was dented in the front and part was pushed in where the spices were supposed to sit. A major issue I found was that these racks didn't allow for easy removal and replacement of the spice bottles. You have to tip the bottles sideways and tilt them, which is frustrating. In addition, there is no possibility to mount higher spice bottles. This also means it's difficult to fill each row with spices as you need room to slide in and out.
