The most impressive aspect of this software is how user friendly it is, the ease of implementation and use by administrators as well as users. It has been easy for our organization to implement and train employees in its proper usage. As far as being able to monitor inmates movements throughout their stay at jail and also monitoring any violations are concerned. While there have not been many complaints about the program I can say they do exist. For example we were unable to locate some paperwork related to an arrestee who had left prior to booking.
