I am not a runner. I've been lifting weights for 10 years, adding in the occasional walk. My favorite all-round shoe has been the Reebok CrossFit Nano series for 5 years. Lately I've been walking and then walking more. Every time my shins killed me it was a struggle and my nanos started smelling horrible (the problem they have. I have chucks that I wear all the time for years, they don't stink but the nanos smell 6 years after dustbin) . Months). Wanted to buy another pair of Nanos, saw Henry's and tried them instead. IMPRESSIVE! I can jog! I went from a ton of pain and feeling like my legs were made of lead after a quarter mile to being able to run a full mile. It turns out that there really is a difference in shoes! Henry is light as a feather, breathes really well (you can really feel the air going through her when it's cold outside), no more pain, no more lead legs. I LOVE HER. I also like how they look. I'll probably buy a second pair to wear with my casual wear, although I might get something else in return. But being able to jog for the first time in my life is incredible. There could be better shoes, I'm not a runner enough to notice or care. But it's nice that now it's the cardio and not the pain that's preventing me from running better. I don't feel the need to look around for another running shoe any time soon. J. Yes
