I bought this dryer because, like many other LG dryer owners, my clothes were puckered, torn and broken. The hair dryer is probably 2 years old. I saw many reviews on the LG website saying this is a common problem with these dryers. One particular review said the vent filter would need to be removed and I would need to clean underneath to keep the lint filter flush in the dryer. I took out the old lint filter, cleaned it with new cleaner and put in the new lint filter. The problem is solved!
