I've used several different applications for keeping records from previous companies, etcetera
The best thing about this software is that it's easy to use. It does what you need it to do without any hassle at all. There are some things which could be improved upon but nothing big enough to dislike or make me look elsewhere. We have been able to get rid of our spreadsheet system (which was pretty old) and now we can just go straight into using the program instead of having to manually enter everything. This also helps us keep track of invoices more easily as they're right there with us when entering them into the database.
Pros
- Very simple, yet effective.
- Easy for everyone in my team
- Invoicing module makes life much easier!
- very intuitive compared too other programs such Excel based ones like QuickBooks etc :)
Cons
- If used improperly then certain features might lead users down long rabbit holes if not properly understood
