The best vacuum I've ever used in my nearly 35 years of life. I believe some of the unfavorable reviews I've read are unfair. There is no hose, you don't need to worry about it rolling over or getting caught or stuck somewhere between the legs or something else, the main part of a standard vacuum cleaner works just fine, there is no issue with a wire that had to be switched in my room because it was too short, it is simple and quick to remove trash from the garbage bin, and there is no requirement for a separate stowaway. I specifically attached a photo to dispel any doubts about my reality. There were complaints about the operating time. When I was choosing a vacuum cleaner between a more affordable previous model and this one, I noticed in the website description that the previous model's turbo mode worked very little for 2-3 minutes, I think, but this model's performance was more to my liking. I overpaid, so the charge was sufficient for me to complete one cleaning even in turbo mode. If someone requires more time in turbo mode, they shouldn't get this vacuum cleaner because it won't last longer. Instead, they should carefully study the description and speak with the managers. The vacuum cleaner pulls nicely and operates about as described in regular mode. The battery degraded after being used everyday for a year and a half, typically twice a day. While I was seeking for a check (which I did not locate), another half year went by. The service center sent a master with a new battery from virtually another city for FREE under a guarantee without reservations despite the lack of a receipt, using the serial number to identify the date of purchase. This is THE BEST SERVICE I have ever had. A plane obviously costs money, but because of how quickly it can be stored and operated, it also saves a lot of time.
