Review on Apex Energetics Acetyl CH K 40 Capsules by Spliff Sinha

I purchased this product on the recommendation of my doctor/chiropractor. I sought help with 'brain fog', not depression per se, but I didn't feel as 'exalted' as I had in the past etc. I just felt 'disconnected'. I started taking this product for about 10-14 days. I think(?) I noticed an improvement in my cognitive abilities. It seemed(?) that I felt better. Hoping to have found a great solution, it was a rude wake up to (literally) waking up in the middle of the night with an unbearable stomach ache. It was like nothing I had ever felt before. No, not the "I ate something I don't like" kind of thing. Also, there was NO feeling of having a bowel movement, etc. That's the kind of pain that scares you. I still don't know why I didn't go to the ER but I didn't like the idea of lugging my family to the hospital at 3am so I decided to give it a try and wait it out. After a few hours (a long night to be sure) it started to wear off. While I was awake, I would ponder what I might have eaten or changed my diet recently. This product was the only one that came to my mind. I decided to stop taking the product to see if I noticed a difference. For the next couple of months I didn't use the product (and had no pain issues) and decided (brilliantly) that because I had no definitive evidence that the pain was being caused by this product (and that maybe I started asking myself feeling a little better morally) - I decided to try AGAIN. I mean, maybe the pain had nothing to do with it, did it? So I resumed the recommended dosage. And so, after about 10 days of use, I woke up (again) with one of the worst pains of my life. It was just indescribable. If I had to describe this to a doctor, I would say that I felt like my bowels were twisted or completely compressed. It was even worse than the first time. When I was about to wake my husband to take me to the hospital, she started shrinking. The pain was still very strong but I decided to see if it would go away (like the first time). It certainly happened, but it was another miserable night. Needless to say I never used the product again and never felt pain again (thank goodness). I have to conclude that something in this product was causing the pain. I'm not sure why it didn't happen immediately (why it takes days to create) but I felt I would be remiss if I didn't share this information with other consumers and I would be curious Does anyone know if anyone has experienced anything similar? Could the pain be an accident? Maybe. But I think that's unlikely.
