Not bad for the price

Okay I read reviews and questions and answers. So from that I decided to go with 3x instead of 4x. I am 5'7 208.4. I owe 2 other waist trainers by another company without straps in a 4x and 3x. I like the 4x better in that. I think I would of been better off with a 4x. It was really HARD to hook and zip up the 3x for me. But once on it was fine and I kept it on all day without any discomfort. It doesnt seem to have the metal bars in it like my other waist trainers. However this was cheaper in price. It did smooth everything out nicely. For the price this one really is pretty nice. I wasn't sure what I was going to receive. So far I am happy with it. I'll update if I have any issues.
