I've worked with many online component shops over the years as a tech enthusiast. However, I was disappointed by my most recent interaction with the Bolaxin business. Despite their claim to have made the process of finding components simpler, I found their website to be difficult to use and perplexing. They provided me with poor customer service that made it difficult for me to locate what I was looking for. It was annoying to spend hours looking for parts that ought to have been simple to locate. Even worse, their guaranteed delivery in a timely and economical manner proved to be anything but. The components I ordered took a lot longer than anticipated to arrive, and the delivery fee was much more expensive than what was originally advertised. This put a heavy financial and personal weight on me. Overall, I had a very unsatisfactory encounter with the Bolaxin company. Their customer support and delivery are poor, and their website is not user-friendly. They are not someone I would suggest to someone seeking for high-quality parts and quick service.
