Review on Pawstruck by Barry Shaker

I, as a pet owner, was eager to try the pet supply delivery service Pawstruck. Unfortunately, my interactions with the web store were not positive. To begin with, there were issues with the website's usability, including poor loading times and a disorganized design. When I did track down what I was looking for, I was dismayed to find that the prices were double or triple what they were at competing online pet businesses. I felt like I was being pressed to buy more than I needed during the checkout process due to the abundance of pop-ups and upsells. Unfortunately, not only was I kept waiting for several days for my order to arrive, but the things themselves were of low quality. It was a waste of money to buy dog treats that had expired and pet toys that may be easily broken. I attempted to get in touch with customer service about these problems, but they were unhelpful and condescending. In conclusion, Pawstruck was a tremendous disappointment for me, and I would not suggest it to other pet owners.
