I take medication that gives me some support, so I looked for probiotics to help. I found them and liked how natural it was with live cultures. However, I did not see any significant improvement in gut health or digestion. I didn't have any major problems from the start, but I haven't seen much change anyway. Plus they were absolutely disgusting to take. I would have guessed it was the probiotic bacteria, but the capsules tasted like an awful combination of armpits, cheesy feet, and ass. I would cringe every time I took them, bar none. This caused me to start avoiding them and I felt relieved when I finished the bottle. I'll try something different that doesn't need to be forced.
