The ability to quickly identify areas of concern within an organization that may impact their IT infrastructure. This in turn allows for better monitoring across all business units. I would like to see greater control over configuration options/settings. In addition, there are some UI issues (e.g., font size). As with most systems it takes time to learn how to best utilize all features available. Benefits realized include improved visibility into potential risks which reduces our exposure to security breaches. The tool has helped us identify risks in our business which we haven't been aware of before. It's easy and quick to use. And it's very user friendly. Nothing to dislike about this software. I highly recommend this product. Risk identification for our business. We are able to identify risks that we weren't aware of before.
