I bought these for my grandson. He wears a size 12.5 little boys shoes and I ordered a size 13 in these boots. When ordering them I went by the chart and measured his foot and then went up a size hoping they wouldn’t be to large so hopefully he could get use out of them next winter also. They are not to large and fits him well. The inside has a lot of furry lining and I think it is what takes up a little room and makes them fit him so good. He’s only worn them two times and one of the times was all day at school. He really does like them and says they feel great!
