Cannot get frequency or XMP profiles

Configuration: MSI MPG Z490 with latest BIOS FlashedIntel Core i7 10700K (AIO Liquid Cooled? Samsung 980 Pro 1TB NVMe Gen464GB DDR4 UDIMM 2x32 Patriot Viper Steel (Current) ASUS RTX 2070 Mini OC EditionEVGA Super Nova 750 G5 PSI tried everything to correctly detect the memory clock. I even tried enabling XMP profiles as they should be XMP compliant and the system doesn't boot with enabled profiles installed my system reads them at around 1500MHz while with memory configuration and MoBo support they should be closer to 2000MHz. I actually bought 32GB (4x8) of these so I spent more $400 on RAM with speeds that should cost a lot less than $150 DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON IT I want to keep the packaging to try and return it I have replaced it and x Patr iot Viper Steel 64GB (2x32) 3600MHz and my computer sees the right frequency. Yet again. DON'T SPEND MONEY ON HER.
