It was the wall plug
Bought this pump to replace the one that quit in a month. Put it into the fountain and .Nothing! How could a new pump not work? We replaced the wall plug and lo and behold, the pump came on. I wonder how many "pump failures" are due to the plug. The old pump works with the new plug, too. How does a wall plug go bad?
