Totally disappointed
Non-stick surface slips out of batter. I had to flatten the ball. Each time I had to make multiple attempts to keep the dough inside. Then there are strange eerie sounds of hot steam coming out of the dough. I had to hold the lever down for a while to paint the flattened roti. Even then, the roti came out very thick and very chewy. The roti is light and fluffy, thicker and chewy like bagels.
