My wife just took the P20, I looked and took the Mate 20 PRO. I bought it two weeks ago and I'm in shock. Is a green screen waiting for me in a week? Until it showed up. Maybe it will pass? ;(((( With its pros: 1). Camera. Well, actually, its predecessor P20 Pro is at the top of the Dxomark rating for a reason. She is certainly out of competition here, all kinds of iPhones are objectively behind (objectively is the key word, why - see DxOmark). In addition, she was taught to recognize a bunch of scenarios and she copes with it admirably: food, sky, green landscape, etc. - everything is beyond praise. 2). performance. Well, yes, everything flies without brakes. I'm not a gamer either, but I keep a bunch of heavy programs in the background and everything except OnePlus always slowed down with my set. This one is not. 3). Waterproof. Checked. You can swim :) 4). IR port. I didn't find it right away. A trifle, but nice. 5). Support video output per port. I connected a hub to it and a desktop version of EMUI on the monitor. I do not know how useful it is, but I liked the chip. 6). face scanner. In the "disadvantages" I will write about the fingerprint scanner, but about the face scanner I will say that it is just the same lightning-fast and trouble-free even in the dark. Respect. 7). Directional microphone with adjustable sound reception area during a call. Few people will appreciate it, but I really liked it and - most importantly! - useful. Although I did not expect this feature. With its cons: 1). Big eyebrow. Nothing fits around it, but I'm so used to it that all new notifications are in the top line. I had to put a third-party widget to see that there is something new. 2). Hey, who wrote about survivability and 6 hours with a navigator? Mine doesn't take that much! I regularly charge once a day. When with a navigator in the car, then 50% flies in 3 hours. Half an hour of playing online poker kills about 20%. 3). EMUI. If anyone likes it, ok. But before that I had OnePlus and personally I think that there is nothing better than a bare android. You screwed it up, screwed it up, but as for me, it only made it WORSE. 4). Fingerprint. Well, well, they hid it under the screen. The marketing is good, but the scanner is STUPID! My OnePlus and my wife's P20 Pro work 50 times faster, that is, on the fly. And this one does not read the first time, and it is necessary to press harder, and he will think later . In general, slag. 5). After 3 days of work, I noticed that when I try to call from SIM card 2, he still calls from SIM-1. At the same time, he receives calls to sim-2. Tried everything. Huawei support recommended doing a factory reset. Helped. But again it was dreary to log in all the programs. Fi. 6). The sound is hidden in the charging port. Horror. Because I always carry a magnetic charging plug in it. Consequently, the sound level drops. In general, the sound is so nothing, good. 7). Why did Huawei "invent the wheel"? I mean their special memory cards. Idiocy, right? Although this is in last place in my rating of disadvantages. I have everything in the cloud and I need a map like an umbrella for a fish.
