This is a great bag of excellent quality but the backpack straps were uncomfortable. I couldn't get it to sit comfortably on my back and had a hard time getting my hands through the straps and putting it on and off. I ended up redoing the straps and making a shoulder bag and then gifting it. My friend has used it when traveling and gets lots of compliments and loves the bags. If you are looking for a backpack, this may not be for you.
