I have a horse with sensitive skin that absolutely hates being brushed. Currying with a wire brush is difficult on any horse. This brush will eliminate all the inconveniences associated with using a metal curry while also cleaning away dirt/grime and sweat like a metal curry. I have found that the brush also soothes the coat and adds shine, apparently through the distribution of natural hair oil. I use the brush on all my horses and find that it does the job well. The only criticism is that the brush could have been a bit bigger. although if it were too bulky it might affect its use and ability to work as well.
