This worked great pulling out a .587" ID pilot bearing on a 2005 4.3L Chevrolet. The bearing was very rusty and stuck, my OTC 4420 failed and broke trying to get it out. To make it that small I slightly modified 3 jaws in 2 places, washed them with a grinder, removed some of the material that seemed unnecessary and got rid of the roughness. I also made one of the pins removable by sanding down the broken side and knocking it out with one punch. This allowed me to run the 2 arm puller and insert the third arm and reinsert the pin. After modifying it, I was able to pull the bearing out easily, which broke my OTC 4420 trying. I think with the changes this will be my new favorite bearing guide puller. It's hard to find one that works well with smaller bearings, but this one did the job. If I didn't have to do the grinding I would easily give 5 stars.
