Uh, it's all right

The thermometer broke and vanilla essence leaked out. The rest of the things are ok. But for what you are paying you want your items to be undamaged. I think the company should put fragile labels on it so the carriers can be more careful with the packaging, but apart from those two everything else is fine. I'm trying to find a way around this.
