Good set for stretching calf muscles
I got this set to help stretch out my calf muscles since mine keep cramping up.
This rocker works well and allows me to get a nice stretch for my calf. The spiked massage ball is good for massaging feet, but it's not so comfortable to use on leg muscles.
- Product was ok. Did not work for my problem
- May not be effective for those with severe plantar fasciitis
