Not suitable for washing in the dishwasher.
I thought they could be washed in the dishwasher but I didn't let the dishes dry completely before taking them out so it was still a bit damp. When I wiped them with a towel, the clean kitchen towel left ugly black stains. Looks like I took a clean kitchen towel and used it to wipe down some dirty ashtrays. I don't know what the black thing is, but something in the metal must have reacted with the dish soap. Instead, you have to hand wash them. Otherwise they seem fine.
