I bought these shirts and was glad to have the opportunity to work out. I'm 5'6" and 350 pounds. I had the sausage in a looser sleeve. I don't know if my very young daughter can fit in it. The material is very nice and the shirt looks great, but it definitely falls run small.To be honest I probably need XXXL or XXXXL to be comfortable.They stretch well (I think I actually heard the shirt scream trying to put it on) and they will probably work out great , but I'm only human. Gym to get in shape. I don't want to look like I'm about to explode while I'm there. I'll give it back.
