I have a daughter, 8 years old, of average weight and height. All her dresses are a size 10. I ordered a size 10/11 of these shirts for her and they are just HUGE! They look like dresses with long sleeves. The sleeves cover her arms. I was very surprised how wrong the size is. I love the lovely pink and lavender color and the fabric is really comfortable so I gave it a 3 star rating but the sizes are very large. Order one size smaller than you normally get.
