Good for before and after surgery hand exercises
I first purchased these items before I had carpal tunnel surgery in my hand they did a good job of me of helping me release the trap nerve in my wrist and taking down the numbness and tingling I experienced in my fingers. After surgery I continue to use them as my physical therapy to regain my range of motion as well as the strength of my grip. They’ve been very useful and I enjoy casually using them as I type or as I watch a show they’re also very easy to carry around with you so sometimes I will take them with me out of the Home and if I’m in a waiting room or in a similar situation where I’m just waiting on someone else I can kind of pull these out and getting my exercise as on the go.
