I teach Zumba and need shorter leggings made of light, comfortable material for the summer months when it gets very hot and humid where I live. Not only is it lightweight, stretchy, and breathable, but the bottom hem is slightly narrower than other shorts, allowing them to stay in place while you're doing Zumba! The waistband, on the other hand, is very comfortable, not too tight like many belts. That's the only problem I've had with short leggings/biker shorts in the past: if the material is light and cool they tend to ride up and if they stay in place it's because they're made of very thick , non-breathable materials. with a belt that reduces blood flow. Great price - I'm very glad I found them.
