UPDATE: The entire seam where the zipper meets the fabric is now completely torn. Although the company has reached out to us to try and remedy the situation by offering a gift card in exchange for a 5 star customer service rating, I have to stand by my opinion and give the product itself 1 star and it in exchange for one resend full refund. Our son hasn't slept on it yet, we use it to help him sit up on his own in case he falls backwards, but after about a month of use I've noticed the zipper seam is tearing. I haven't even taken the cover off to wash it and I know it will tear even more if I don't sew it on first. I think such an expensive product shouldn't cause any problems, especially after a month of use by a 6 month old baby.
