When contacting the seller they said to look for blades in a small container inside a plastic bag - and indeed these blades were placed in these tiny containers which at first appeared to be only one blade included solution to our problem! Good and friendly customer service. The only 1 star discount for a knife is a bit awkward for cutting fabric but it can be perfect for other materials like foam or paper. --------------- ------------------ The mat looks solid and is available in both metric and imperial sizes, hence the extra star. However, we will most likely be returning the item as it only came with 2 blades in a ziplock plastic bag instead of 11 as the description said! How can you cheat customers like that?
