Great spikes for road running
I run track and field and have worn New Balance spikes for a number of years. I ordered my typical shoe size and these cleats are a bit snug, but I like my cleats to be snug so I was happy with them. Relatively light shoes. They are more for "medium distances" as they have a flat heel, but I wear them for long sprints (400, 400 hurdles) and they work great. Comfortable shoes for training and activities and they look great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new pair of spikes if you are a beginner or have been running for a while. I really like these spikes.
