Right out of the box there was a problem with the LED strip not burning. The barrel connector is soldered directly through the pigtail to the LED strip and had a short circuit. If I had kinked the power cord, it would have caught fire. I contacted the seller and they offered to return it to Revain but there was another way. There is a spare pigtail in the box for clamping the LED strip. The clamping mechanism didn't work either, but I cut it off and cut off the barrel connector already attached to the LED, then soldered another barrel connector and all is good. I use it to cure resin prints from a 3D printer and installed the strip in an empty paint can I bought at Lowes for $5. The jury doesn't know if the band is strong enough to do the job. I also glued a round mirror to the bottom.
