These are rubber bands and they don't suck. Nothing more to say. They are made of smooth rubber so they don't stick to hair. However, they are flat elastics, not round like traditional ponytail holders. This makes them a little harder to work with. But you get them a lot of crap. So that's a pretty decent price.
