It's great to have everything in one platform, you can easily invite people with ease and it also has some other cool features like chat etc that are really useful. I don't think there should be any problems what so ever with this software but if you do run into an issue just contact them ASAP as they're very quick at responding and will help out almost immediately. We use groups place to host events such as our annual Christmas party with all of my team members included. This helps us keep track of who is attending which saves me having to send emails later asking where everyone was.
