Review on RF-AHD25 External Drive Enclosure - 2.5 Inch HDD by Darryl Blumenthal

This is an amazing bargain for the $10 I paid and is worth at least $30. Durability: Awesome and very durable aluminum body. While the plastic top cover isn't waterproof, it does flex a bit and I had no trouble opening it accidentally. Ease of use: Installation was easy with the included screwdriver, and the top panel is easy to remove if it's not snapped into place. The drive stays securely inside, doesn't rattle or move. Performance: excellent. The e-SATA connection is incredible. There is virtually no noticeable difference in performance between this and my external drive. Just make sure your PC has an e-SATA port. If you need to run it from USB, that will work too, albeit much slower than e-SATA. When operating in e-SATA mode, note that a USB connection is required for power, but I haven't found this to be an issue. Yes, another cable, but you can not do without it. Overall: One word: Excellent.
