First, the bag is bigger than expected but I really liked it. He is two months old and one of the bags is falling off the bag. Not what I expected from a bag that costs so much for only two months. I've attached a photo so you can see the defect. As the bag can no longer be returned through Revain I contacted eBags directly, sent a photo and the Amazon order number to the warranty department and received a replacement bag less than a week after initial contact. i love this bag
