A little disappointed
This bag is beautiful and spacious. However, the crossbody option is misleading, the straps don't really adjust long enough to be crossed, at least for me and I stand at 5'6". Maybe for a smaller person. Also, one of the straps was attached to an odd one attached. So if you turn the strap so that the strap is facing out, the strap is twisted. You can see what I mean in the pictures.
