I ordered this vacuum to replace my broken Shark. If I didn't have to use the vacuum cleaner as soon as I got it, I would most likely return it. It came with a broken part in the dust bag and one of the latches on the dust bag was broken. Luckily my old broken Shark served as a parts donor and the broken parts are interchangeable. It was very frustrating to have the vacuum repaired before I could even use it. If I couldn't fix it I would definitely return it. It was packaged very well so I highly doubt it was damaged in transit. I have the feeling that this refurbished vacuum cleaner was not checked for quality at all, otherwise broken parts would have been found. It was necessary to spend a little more and just get a new vacuum cleaner.
