Received the holder today. Based on the photos in the listing, it *may* be of higher quality than some of the other options on Revain. I doubt it. I'm not a welder but I think I could give any person or machine that made it for my money. At the very least I would make sure the parts are flush before I start welding. On one side, both sheets are in contact with the central tubular steel profile, while the other side "floats" and the gap is bridged by a weld seam. I hope you see what I mean in the picture. Welds are uneven and contain multiple voids. At this price I don't expect perfection. But I expected better. Maybe everything will be fine, but something tells me it won't be long.
