Just received the product so can't say much about travel or durability yet but thought I'd do a review as I see people complaining about not having enough pens. 4 pins fit perfectly on the rubber band. However, it is tight. That's why I came here to see how many pictures it shows. The picture shows 4 pins per eraser, but they are not really as "straight" as they appear in the picture due to tension. So if you suffer from OCD, maybe you only use 3 pencils per eraser eraser. which can reduce the number of books that can fit. For me as a human who paints to relax and relieve stress, the book is great for storing pencils and gets the job done. I'm happy with that.
