Used and tried several Type-C connectors but this one beats them all so far. The hub has most of the connections you need for your daily work. The hub uses the two side ports on the MacBook, leaving the MacBook with two more built-in ports open. The hub has multiple connection ports - Type-C - for power input for a Mac or other Type-C connections - 2 HDMI ports (offers different frequencies for displays) - 3 USB ports (2.0 and 3.0) - 2 card reader slots (SD - and micro SD ) - audio/microphone connection. These multiple ports greatly increase the number of connections to my MacBook and make my life easier by avoiding multiple connections and maintaining the quality of the connection. Its light weight and metal body feel solid. Power indicator for easy connection indication. It's not bulky and since it's gray for me ++ it matches the color of my MacBook.
