The machine is good and does what it needs to do but it's pointless because the software isn't user friendly. So many problems that I don't know where to start: 1. I wouldn't work well on Android phones and crashes frequently.2. There's nothing you can do if it's not connected to Bluetooth. Don't even look for support.3. Images are upside down and creative thinking is required to flip the engraver or target part (this is difficult as I bought the engraver for my woodwork. How can I flip the whole closet? And the laser stand isn't flexible enough You need to allow mirroring of the image in the software 4. Because I'm engraving wood, there will be smoke that interferes with the laser, resulting in a yellowish burn around the image. The solution is to use a fan to blow out the smoke.
