Review on Enhance Pool Water Heating with Sun2Solar Blue 18-Ft Round Solar Cover 1200 Series by Kyle Merriman

Ordered an 18ft cover. It came and was a great quality. However, after putting it on the pool it was obvious it was not 18ft as the cover hung over the sides. There are no holes to let air through so its nearly impossible to get it to lay flat on the water. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue they apsolutely refused to refund or exchange as "the cover can be cut to fit and there may be a few inches of overlap” after they made me measure the cover it was 5 1/2 inches larger at its longest side and wasnt even close to a circle. Which makes the task of cutting it nearly impossible because you cant find the middle of a cover thats a wonky ass shape. After all that. Pictures proving its size. Multiple conversations they still refused to refund. Save yourself the headache and order it from a more reputable seller. This entire experience was a nightmare ! My 65$ intex one worked much better. Still looking for a better quality cover but now im definitely not getting it through amazon !
