Ordered these for a small decorating project that didn't have outlets (trunk or treats). Very bright and beautiful colors with many shimmer options, some of which will give you a headache. The box had white, warm white, or colored options; was not noted. When I opened them I thought they accidentally sent the whites (ordered the colored ones) and sent them back for the second box. As far as I could tell, this box was also unlabeled. It wasn't until the second box arrived that I realized they were color changing LEDs and that's why they appear white until you plug them in, yes.
