Reliable and well made
I had previously ordered another puzzle board from another company which was poorly made and fell apart in the box. In addition, it was damaged. I was relieved to discover that this does not apply to my Gamenote board. It's not a fancy board, but it's clean (smooth), solid, and well built. I don't feel like the boxes are falling apart or broken. The board is well made and feels nice and solid with handles on the bottom to keep it in place. I look forward to building my next puzzle on it!
