BYPASS THESE BOOTS! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY AND ABOVE ALL RISK SERIOUS INJURY TO YOUR CHILD!As others have commented, after just ONE dress and play in the snow, the entire "FELT" (can you believe it?!) of the much needed one fell off Protector covered, shredded to the ground, leaving a slippery mass of long fluff on all soles of both boots! My 5 year old grandson spilled on the garage floor like it was an ice rink and the wet, fibrous material covering the boot's traction made it dangerous and slippery. He couldn't take a single step without his feet slipping in all directions! I couldn't believe it when I looked at the soles of his boots (see photos). Please trust that granny, keep scrolling past those ridiculous boots! I feel terrible that I bought these boots for fun and protection when he comes down from North Carolina in the winter only to get hurt by them. Too bad for this company that they still make them and ebay allows them.
