They work to decorate our house!
We used this product because we have an old house with no closet lights. The sensors work as described and turn on when we open the doors. We also used one in an old closet that needed light. We have a spare and can use it as a flashlight when the power goes out. So far the glue has held the headlights in place. Highly recommended!
